Mother's Day? Birthday? Just another ordinary day?
Yoga and Mindfulness for Moms is a workshop aims at supporting mothers
in their journey of finding joy and meaning in motherhood.
This 90 minutes workshop is a unique way of bringing together a circle
of friends in stretchy pants. We will introduce and practice the concept
of mindfulness, enjoy 60 minutes of a slow flow yoga class, and learn
how we can bring these principles to our everyday lives.
